Website Specialists
The focus of the Website Specialist is to produce creative and innovative graphic designs and illustrations for Premier Innovative Solutions and its clients. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of artistic creativity, along with a keen design eye resulting in professional graphics that are modern, engaging, and visually appealing.
You will be responsible for defining requirements based on initial concepts, and ultimately translating the client’s vision to reality. The graphic designs of our Website Specialists will be featured on client websites or company branding materials, and will be featured internally as needed.
The Website Specialist role requires a self-motivated, highly imaginative, and detail-oriented candidate, with superior organizational skills and a technologically savvy skillset. You will be expected to work independently, while collaborating as necessary with clients and their integral departments to achieve the desired end result. You’ll also need to demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism, as well as the ability to be resourceful and motivated by constructive feedback.
Alongside working with our clients, you’ll also be a part of the Premier Innovative Solutions team. The position of Website Specialist is a contracted freelance role, and compensation is commensurate with experience. Premier Innovative Solutions is seeking a long-term fit with the ability to advise on best practices, work autonomously, and be resourceful. This person will reflect the company’s mission and serve as a member of the virtual team, and will be required to attend weekly calls and in-person meetings (if applicable).
Responsibilities
Creating graphic images on demand for Premier Innovative Solutions and its clients
Following brand images and guidelines to provide a cohesive and consistent product that accurately represents the company’s brand
Responding quickly to provide a timely product for each request
Working efficiently is essential, as projects are billed by the hour
Must be available for urgent jobs as well as quick edits
Revising designs as needed to achieve client satisfaction
Work with Project Manager and/or Owners on needs concerning crisis escalation or contract discrepancies
Report to Project Manager for regular check-ins, or as the need arises
Qualifications
Must reside in the United States
2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio of previous work
Must hold an Associate Degree or higher
1+ year of remote work experience
Experience in technology programs including Google Drive, Basecamp, Slack, and Dropbox Must be well-versed in graphic design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator
Must have previous experience creating social media designs, blog graphics, and all other related web and marketing graphics
Must have experience working on brand development projects

Excellent communication skills
Learning client preferences and catering work style accordingly
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members
Inherent ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience working in online communities
