Virtual Executive Assistant

We’re looking for a part-time Virtual Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with our clients to serve as both an Account Manager and an Executive Assistant. You’ll make sure that everything is as productive as possible and that clients are satisfied with their services.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be self-motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to manage your time and prioritize multiple tasks on any given day. We expect hard workers who can demonstrate expertise and gratitude by serving as trusted advisors to our clients. You’ll also need to demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism, as well as the ability to be detail-oriented, organized, technologically savvy, an effective communicator, results-oriented, and resourceful.

Alongside working with our clients, you’ll also be a part of the Premier Innovative Solutions team. Responsibilities

Administrate and implement assigned tasks from clients in your virtual environment, utilizing your skills and embracing your resourceful skillsets to problem solve, while collaborating with other Premier Innovative Solutions team members as needed

Work autonomously and take ownership to make sure client expectations are met and tasks are completed on schedule

Create long-term vision for optimizing the Client/Virtual Assistant relationship, including but not limited to, naming additional responsibilities or projects the VA could undertake, assessing the current scope, and identifying future growth opportunities

Provide insight into the effectiveness of the internal VA client satisfaction process, with recommendations on improvement as business growth facilitates the need for evolution

Maintain awareness of workload and responsibilities with regard to the current scope, track engagement hours in the weekly report, and recognize opportunity or need for contract adjustment

Work with Project Manager and/or Owners on needs concerning crisis escalation or contract discrepancies

Report to Project Manager for regular check-ins, or as the need arises

Qualifications

Must reside in the United States

Must hold an Associate Degree or higher

1+ years of remote work experience

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant preferred, but not required

Experience in technology programs including Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Basecamp, and Slack

Additional Proficiencies

Experience with social media interaction and communication in online communities

Time management, problem solving, and ability to multi-task

Managing calendars and appointments for clients and their correspondents

Superior grammar, organization, and written communication skills

Learning client preferences and catering work style accordingly
