The role of Personal Assistant is focused on providing administrative and organizational support to our clients, including small business owners, senior-level executives, and others in company leadership roles. The ideal candidate will be able to handle the daily tasks and administrative support required by our clients, which may include answering emails, fielding phone calls, creating and managing calendars, schedules, and appointments, and arranging flights or other travel accommodations. The tasks required vary by client, and the candidate must be prepared to thrive while keeping up with the demands of a fast-paced business environment.
The Social Media Manager will be self-motivated, highly driven, and detail-oriented, with superior organizational skills and the ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously. You will be expected to work independently, demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism, and hold superior communication skills.
The ideal candidate will work with trust and discretion, as client projects may require a high level of confidentiality, including a client’s personal obligations or tasks as requested. You’ll also need to be technologically savvy, results-oriented, and resourceful.

The position of Personal Assistant a contracted freelance role, and compensation is commensurate with experience. Premier Innovative Solutions is seeking a long-term fit with the ability to advise on best practices, work autonomously, and be resourceful. This person will reflect the company’s mission and serve as a member of the virtual team, and will be required to attend weekly calls and in-person meetings (if applicable).
Answer phone calls and respond to voice messages
Manage email inbox, reply to emails, and manage written correspondence
Schedule appointments and travel arrangements
Help organize company events
Take and transcribe meeting notes
Creating and editing documents, including reports and presentations
Data entry and database maintenance
Maintaining company events calendar
Taking inventory of office supplies, and ordering replacements as needed
Make personal appointments or handle personal tasks as needed
Work with Project Manager and/or Owners on needs concerning crisis escalation or contract discrepancies
Report to Project Manager for regular check-ins, or as the need arises
Must reside in the United States
2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
Must hold an Associate Degree or higher
1+ year of remote work experience
Experience in technology programs including Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Basecamp, Slack, and Outlook
Advanced typing and formatting skills
Excellent time management, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Superior grammar, organization, and written communication skills
Learning client preferences and catering work style accordingly
Interpersonal skills and knowledge on providing unsurpassed customer service
