Content Writer
Premier Innovative Solutions is looking for a Content Writer to assist with a variety of writing-related projects for our clients.
We are seeking a part-time freelance writer who is self-motivated and demonstrates expertise in the field of writing. The position of freelance writer will include sales and landing page creation, article writing, blog post writing, email sequences, press releases, website copy, e-books, proofreading, and editing.
This individual should also have the discipline required to work remotely and independently, while delivering high quality results and keeping all company information confidential. Additionally, the content writer will:

The role of Content Writer is a contracted freelance position, and compensation is commensurate with experience. Applicants must have a professionally equipped home office with the ability to work remotely full time.
Responsibilities
Create clear content campaigns that align with client marketing objectives and company goals
Produce, edit, and customize content for all channels and mediums, including website, social media, and print
Coordinate with the graphics team for any necessary visual elements
Proofread and edit before submitting draft copy to client
Perform research for blog posts, articles, guides, e-books, and other content
Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
Write and A/B test web copy, including CTAs, value propositions, and landing pages
Work with the leadership team to analyze content performance metrics and adapt approach as necessary
Ensure timely communication to make sure client expectations are met and tasks are completed on schedule
Collaborate with clients on content strategies and topics
Work with Project Manager and/or Owners on needs concerning crisis escalation or contract discrepancies
Report to Project Manager for regular check-ins, or as the need arises
Qualifications
Must reside in the United States
Must hold an Associate Degree or higher
2+ years of content writing experience, with a portfolio of previous work
1+ years of remote work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in technology programs including Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Basecamp, and Slack
Additional Proficiencies
Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones
Ability to do research on a variety of topics from multiple sources
Impeccable spelling and grammar, as well as editing skills (in English)
A deep understanding of consumer-driven behavior and how to write copy that converts
Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO best practices
Some experience with online marketing and lead generation
An understanding of formatting content on the web
Strong experience with software like Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Must be organized and on top of all daily / weekly / monthly tasks
Ability to meet deadlines independently
Time management, problem solving, and ability to multi-task
Learning client preferences and catering work style accordingly
Familiarity with the top social media platforms
