1. Set limits between work time and free time

When the day is done or the weekend comes, enjoy it! You’ve earned this time  off by working through the week creating plans, returning customer calls, and  making sure things get done.  

The brain needs downtime to be fully focused and effective during work time. By  using your free time effectively and setting limits to rest, you train yourself with 

healthy habits that allow you to get into work mode quickly, and then quickly  switch off too to focus on what’s important in life.  

Remember: work will always be there. You’ll be better prepared to deal with it  when you set healthy boundaries for yourself.

2. Foster your professional and personal relationships

Go visit the little restaurant that just opened in town with a loved one or good  friend. Have a Zoom call with extended family members you only see once a year.  Send thank you letters to your employees (if you have them). Let that mentor who  really helped you become an entrepreneur know how much he values you.  

We all can get so caught up in the grind of increasing our results that we overlook  that it’s the little things and meaningful connections we build as people (not  businesses).

3. Exercise (even if you don't feel like it)

Using our weekends to watch the latest and greatest show is nice from time to  time, but it’s important to get up and move. Every-single-day.

5. Set small goals and get that much needed help!

Always try to break your goals down into smaller, more realistic, manageable  chunks that you can accomplish little by little.  

These little goals eventually add up, and in the blink of an eye you’ll be generating  more and more momentum, which will lead you to bigger-than-ever results
